Full Time New- Working for a leading innovative professional services business you will work as a Surveyor within their Building Consultancy Division across the Cheshire region.
- Recognised for your technical expertise as a Surveyor, you will have strong communication abilities and manage a diverse caseload of Surveying Services instructions.
- You will work on behalf of loss adjusters, insurers, and policyholders. Additionally, as their private client portfolio continues to expand, experience in non-insurance surveying is highly valued and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of Surveying Services instructions, demonstrating a high level of technical quality and service delivery.
- Conduct detailed defect diagnosis surveys across a variety of properties.
- Prepare costed schedules of works and specifications.
- Oversee the management of repair projects from inception to completion.
- Utilise JCT Contract experience to manage variations, payments, liquidated damages, and other key contract milestones.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally RICS (or MCIOB) qualified, or actively working towards a professional qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of surveying-related principles.
- Experience within insurance claims is desirable, but not essential.
- Proven JCT Contract experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- High degree of IT competency and literacy.
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days holiday.
