Surveying Services Manager: NCF52867

• Specialist Claims Preparation Division of our international insurance broker client seeks to appoint Quantity or Building Surveyor for regional role operating throughout the Midlands and northern Home Counties.
• You will work from home alongside a team of Claims Preparation Consultants who in turn handle challenging caseloads of commercial property losses ranging from £10,000 to multi-million pound claims for a wide range of SME and corporate clients.
• You will oversee with the project management of all repairs in respect of the larger and more complex buildings losses from inception through to completion.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must essentially be either MRICS on MCIOB qualified with at least 3-4 years experience of working in either a loss adjusting or insurance claims capacity.
• You should display a strong knowledge of Surveying Services and the part it plays in returning insured parties to their pre-loss position.
• You should be happy to travel extensively throughout the Midlands and northern Home Counties to handle claims.
• Basic salary to £60,000 plus annual car allowance, pension, private medical care and 27 days holiday.
