Subsidence Property Surveyor: AC52391

• Opportunity currently exists for a building professional to join a Specialist Subsidence Team in the South East.
• Working from a home base you will be responsible for a portfolio of subsidence losses for commercial and domestic properties including from High Net Worth, Brokers and Social Housing.
• These losses will be dealt with from notification to conclusion dealing with diagnosis, mitigation and repairs.
• Your time will be split between site visit and desk days to carry out reports and investigations etc.
• There may also be some digital remote diagnosis involved.
• You will typically cover a geographical region within where you reside or within a 2 hour commute time.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must have previously dealt with subsidence related losses and ideally working towards a Chartered status, such as MCIOB, MRICS, MICE or MIstructE.
