Technical Subsidence Manager: AC52755

National loss adjusting operation is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and inspire a Subsidence Engineers and Technical Team, delivering exceptional services for both domestic and commercial insurance claims.

• In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure streamlined processes, compliance with SLAs, and outstanding customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership: Oversee complex insurance claims, guiding your team to deliver accurate assessments and effective solutions.
• On-Site Expertise: Occasionally support surveying services and visit damaged properties to evaluate technical and insurance requirements for reinstating buildings.
• Strategic Impact: Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally you will be MCIOB or MRICS qualified and have a wealth of experience dealing with subsidence related losses.
• You must have previous management experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment adhering to SLA's.
• Salary up to £80,000 plus company car/car allowance, pension, death in service and 25 days holiday
