Senior Liability Adjuster (MedMal): DFP52748

• Major loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its recently established Med-Mal & Clinical Negligence Unit operating out of its London Head Office.
• You will join an existing team of specialists purely handling claims associated with medical malpractice and clinical negligence for a wide range of niche Lloyd’s and London Market Underwriters, with particular emphasis on international cases.
• You are likely to handle a caseload of around 50 with losses up to around £250,000 in value.
• Whilst the position is largely City based, our client will provide the opportunity to undertake hybrid working or remote working depending on location with occasional travel to the London office.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must essentially have a proven track record of dealing with medical malpractice and clinical negligence, most likely with Lawyers, but consideration will be given for specialists from other environments provided that they can demonstrate the right level of technical expertise.
• The roles will ideally suit Solicitors with up to 2-3 PQE or higher-level Litigation Executives.
• Basic salary up to £70,000 plus bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
