APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must essentially have a proven track record of working within an agricultural unit within loss adjusting and be comfortable not only in handling agricultural losses, but also in dealing with client relationships.
• There is no requirement to bring work, although that would be looked on favourably.
• Formal qualifications are preferred but are far less important than relevant experience in the right market.
• Our client is happy to pay whatever it takes to get the right individual, but the basic is likely to exceed £80-90,000 plus bonus and the usual benefits.
