Full Time- An experienced Contractor/Buildings Support Administrator is required to join an established Loss Adjusters where you will play a vital part within their Building Consultant/Contractor Services Division by providing full support to the team helping throughout the lifecycle of property repairs until fully restored and concluded.
- You will be a key contact for all relevant parties including contractors, loss adjusters, surveyors and clients, managing a pipeline of property repairs, monitoring progress ensuring work carried out is satisfactory until fully restored to its original state.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the contractor services team
- Ensure property repair projects progress and completed within strict timescales/deadlines
- Act as a key point of contact for all relevant parties including Contractors and Clients
- Administer invoices, manage aged debt and produce reports for management ensuring contractors are performing as per SLA’s
- Deal with and manage queries and have a general oversight on the progress of the property repair stages
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a Building/Surveying or Insurance Claims Repair environment supporting property repair projects
- Administration/support experience working in a team environment adhering to strict deadlines/timeframes
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good IT skills with the ability to utilise a number of systems
- Be comfortable and be happy to work on a hybrid basis and be able to travel to other sites as and when required
