  • An experienced Contractor Performance Manager is required to join a renowned Loss Adjusters.
  • You will play an integral part of their Building Consultancy Division by being a vital link between a network of dedicated and experienced contractors, key clients and all relevant contacts who play a key part within the property repair stage throughout the lifecycle of a Property Claim.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor contractor performance
  • Manage, build, and maintain an exceptional relationship with all relevant parties who are key to the property repair process
  • Carry out operational responsibility for the performance of dedicated network of contractors
  • Ensure work is carried out compliantly, adheres to health and safety legislation whilst being fully customer-focused providing a first-class customer service throughout the lifecycle of the repair stage
  • Carry out audits and manage complaints providing full and satisfactory resolutions

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in Contractor Management, Compliance, Health & Safety Legislation or Building Consultancy dealing with Property Damage Insurance Claims Repairs
  • Be able to manage and oversee a network of contractors ensuring the property repair stage runs smoothly and effectively until conclusion and the property is fully restored
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, being able to build and maintain with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face to face
  • Technically minded with strong problems solving skills
  • The ability to work in a pressured environment working to strict timescales/deadlines achieving KPI’s and adhering to SLA’s
  • Comfortable and be able to travel as and when required to attend site and local offices
  • Industry qualifications are desirable
  • A full clean driving licence is essential
  •  Salary up to £55,000 plus car allowance, remote working
